MailerLite (Newsletter)

Through our website we offer a newsletter with which we inform you regularly about new developments, current offers, and freebies. If you would like to receive our newsletter, we require a valid Email address from you, which you can enter in the registration form. We also ask you to enter your first and last name so that we can address you personally in the newsletter.

In order to be able to add you to our mailing list in a legally compliant manner, we use the so called "double opt-in" procedure. This means that we will send you an additional confirmation Email after the registration, with which you can verify your Email address and your wish to receive the newsletter again. Only after the double confirmation you will be effectively added to the mailing list. In order to comply with our documentation obligation, we store the IP address to verify your subscription, both when you subscribe and when you activate the confirmation link. In addition, we store the date and time of registration, the Email address provided, and the date and time of activation of the link in the confirmation Email for legally secure proof of your registration.

With the help of so-called conversion tracking, we can also analyze whether a predefined action (e.g., purchase of a product on our website) has taken place after clicking on the link in the newsletter. MailerLite also allows us to subdivide newsletter recipients based on various categories. In doing so, the newsletter recipients can be subdivided according to the data provided during registration. In this way, the newsletters can be better adapted to the respective target groups.

We have also concluded an order processing agreement (data processing agreement) with MailerLite, with which this company documents to us its compliance with appropriate technical and organizational measures. You can read about how MailerLite stores and processes the data in MailerLite's privacy policy. This is available at https://www.mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
